This is my illustrator practice. Today I’ve learned how to use illustrator. For example, I’ve learned how to use the pen tool, which is one of the most important tools.
Vector vs. bitmap:
Mathematics based: Vector images are created using vector points. Vector has nice and crisp lines and is very good with scale. You can keep the things by scale by only moving the vector points. Little to no denigration
Pixel based: With bitmap, the quality is worse and when sizing, the image may become blurry. Pixel based images have more denigration. The more pixels, the better. EX: 300 pixels per inch are better than 50 pixels per inch. There are 2 types of paths and 2 different behaviors from different anchor points
Open path: The angle you chick on with an open path, will bring up a bezier curve, which lets you make either a sharp or smooth path
